Data controller
Until the company is incorporated, the data controller is Campus Norte, an activity of its three partners, represented by [PENDING: Payo's full name], with address at [PENDING: US address]. Once the company exists, the controller will be [PENDING: name] LLC, on the same terms. You can write to us at hola@campusnorte.com.
What data we collect
What you give us in the contact form (name, email, phone, country, age, academic and sports details and your message) and, if you're under 18 or your family fills it in, your parent or guardian's details. If you become a student, also your application and the documents you upload to your private area.
What we use it for
To reply to your request, assess your case and, if you hire us, provide our guidance service. We do not sell your data.
Legal basis
Your consent when you submit the form and, where applicable, the service contract. If you are under 18, your parent's or guardian's consent.
How long we keep it
If you write to us and don't hire us, we keep your data for 12 months from the last contact and then delete it. If you're a student, we keep it for as long as the contract lasts and, after it ends, only what tax and contract laws require [PENDING: exact period, to be confirmed with the lawyer]. The documents you upload to your area are deleted when the contract ends, unless you ask us to keep them. You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time.
Who we share it with
With providers that help us deliver the service: Vercel (website hosting and aggregated, cookie-free visit statistics), Supabase (database and document storage, with servers in the US), Resend (email delivery) and Anthropic (AI profile analysis for partners, without contact details). Only with your permission, with universities and coaches. Some of these providers are in the US. If you authorise it from your area (or, if you're under 18, at your parent or guardian's request), your family can see in their own account your stage, your steps and the status of your documents; never your messages, your files or your application answers. [PENDING: legal basis for international transfers]
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data by writing to us. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country. [PENDING: review against each country's regulations]
